It ALL boils down to this… Following these 4 simple rules will lead you to your soulmate, self love, and happiness.
These 4 rules to live by are all you need to practice in order to find your way in life… to find your self-love, your soulmate, your happiness, lasting peace and purpose. These are also the 4 rules of negotiation or peace-making and can be applied to ANY relationship or situation to bring about the highest good for everyone involved, ALWAYS.
- Be present
- Listen
- Tell the Truth
- Release Attachment to the Outcome
Explanation:
- Being present means showing up and being willing to be part of the solution…which means you must be WILLING to HEAR the other person out.
- Listening is really HEARING what someone is trying to tell you. You are not listening if you are thinking about what you think you need to say next, in order to achieve the outcome you desire.
- Telling the TRUTH is communicating how you REALLY FEEL at a heart (soul) level, regardless of what you FEAR may or may not happen. The truth will ALWAYS set you free, even if telling it is scary… so just muster up the courage to do it!
- Releasing attachment to the outcome is being willing to accept whatever happens as being for the best. If you are attached to the outcome you will not be able to do steps 1, 2, or 3. Attachment is selfishness, not love. Love is acceptance. It is allowing the other person to be who they really are and giving them the freedom to do what they feel is right for them at a heart level.
After all, isn’t this what you REALLY want from someone else in return, to be present, to listen, to tell you the truth about how they REALLY feel and to be willing to accept whatever it is you need for yourself, even if it’s not what they want for or from you?
